Refund policy

We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only within 14 days from delivery of goods.  All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. 

To start a return, you can contact us at layeredorders@paigeelise.com for a return authorization form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Apothecary (such as hand soap, lotion, or candles) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We offer exchange or store credit for returned items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will automatically receive a store credit to your customer account.
